All orders normally ship the following business day.

Returns and Exchanges

New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (with a receipt) for a full refund of the item cost. Any used item returned within 30 days of delivery will be assessed of its condition, and customer will be notified should a refund be approved or denied.  Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow approximately 30 days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location.

To return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Care at 1 866 821-9299. Replacement items will be shipped within five business days via the original shipping method once the returned item has arrived at our location.

Defective/Damaged Products

All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. To return a defective/damaged product, please see return instructions at the back of the packing slip for details, or contact Customer Care at 1 866 821 9299 (outside the US call 310 867 2800) to request a prepaid return label.

Zohar Return

A set of The Zohar in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund (shipping not included) within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the shrink wrap is broken on one volume, the Zohar may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, for a partial refund ($50.00 will be deducted from the original payment).
