HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • YOU MUST LOGIN AND/OR REGISTER: Whether you are a first time customer or returning customer, you can login HERE. If you are a first time customer, please follow the steps on the right hand side under, CREATE AN ACCOUNT. If you are a returning customer, please login on the left hand side under, EXISTING USERS LOGIN.
  • SELECT YOUR ITEMS: To order, select an item and then click ADD TO BASKET.  To add more items to your cart, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING. When you are ready to make your purchase, click CHECKOUT at the bottom of your order.
  • CHECKOUT: Once you have selected CHECKOUT, enter your Billing Information or click on the drop down arrow to select from MY SAVED BILLING ADDRESSES. You may select “My billing information is the same as my delivery information” if your shipping address is the same as your billing address,  or enter a new Shipping Address.
  • SELECT A SHIPPING METHOD: Shipping cost will calculate automatically for the method you are selecting. Promotional free shipping will be sent via USPS Media Mail.
  • CONFIRM ORDER AND SUBMIT: Enter your payment information, then click REVIEW ORDER to make sure your information is correct. When you are ready to process your order, click SUBMIT MY ORDER. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is complete.

 

HOW DO I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD?

If you forgot your password, select LOGIN at the top right-hand side of the page. You will be brought to the user account page. Under EXISTING USERS LOGIN on the left hand side, you will see an option for FORGOTTEN PASSWORD. Enter your email address in the appropriate field and click EMAIL NEW PASSWORD.

 

 

HOW DO I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY ACCOUNT USERNAME and/or PASSWORD?

To change or update your account, login and click your username at the top right-hand side of the page. Select EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION to update. Here you will be able to change or update your email address, username, and password.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY BILLING and/or SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Logon to your account then click “my account” on the upper-right corner of your screen.  Under “Personal Information” click “Manage your billing addresses” or “Manage your shipping addresses” then follow instructions.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY ORDER?

An order cannot be cancelled, changed or updated once it has been placed.  A Kabbalah Care representative must be notified IMMEDIATELY -- within the business hours (9am to 5pm PST) of the same day the order was placed-- for us to be able to POSSIBLY CANCEL OR VOID your order. There is, however, no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

 

If the order has already shipped, the package must be returned to the shipper for us to process a refund for the item(s) cost. Shipping cost will no longer be refunded.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

You will receive a notification via email once your order ships out.  All orders are normally processed for shipment the following business day, unless there is a Holiday or under extreme weather conditions.  Should you fail to receive an email notification, you may contact Kabbalah Care at 866 821-9299 or 310 867-2800, or via email at care@kabbalah.com or order@kabbalah.com for assistance.

LOOKING FOR AN ITEM YOU CAN’T FIND ONLINE?

An item which is not available online may either be OUT OF STOCK or VERY LOW IN STOCK. For assistance, please contact Student Support at 1800 522-2252 or via email at support@kabbalah.com .

 

HOW DO I FOLLOW UP ON A REFUND?
